Invasion Roswell premiering on SyFy

According to Entertainment Weekly, SyFy is kicking off a month of original movies with the extraterrestrial-themed movie Invasion Roswell. Here is the movie’s description:

After the American Army shot down a UFO in 1947 they secretly trained elite commandos to deal with the aliens’ feared return. However, the extra-terrestrials never came back and the elite force was disbanded. Sixty-six years later, the aliens are invading Earth and only the over-the-hill retired commandos can stop them. A production of UFO Films, Invasion Roswell stars Greg Evigan (Melrose Place) and Denise Crosby (Star Trek: The Next Generation).

Invasion Roswell premieres August 8 on SyFy.

  1. An incredible dose of madness, produced by Hollywood. We are incredibly aggressive society, ignorant, arrogant beyond all boundaries. The only fantasy in which people live is, that they truly belive, that some civilized society would want to be in contact with us.The only thing we can learn from UFO’s,…is, how much more developed they are from us in the cultural development. We can be happy that they don’t look at other forms of life in the universe, as it does Hollywood.
