Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, who claims to have been abducted by aliens on multiple occasions, traveled to Libya over the weekend to play chess with Moamar Gaddafi, according to Global Post. Ilyumzhinov is the former president of the Russian republic of Kalmykia, and is the current president of the World Chess Federation. He has been outspoken about his interactions with extraterrestrials.
