The UK government has finally released several UFO documents they have been promising to release for years. The UK government claimed to have released all of their UFO files in 2013. However, in 2014, found 18 others they neglected to include in the original bunch. Although the files are available as of today, they cannot be accessed online. They can only be seen by visiting their office in Kew, a few miles outside of London. This means it may be a few days until we know what is in the files.

...the last batch of files includes correspondence between the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and two high level military officials who were adamant that UFO cases should be taken more seriously.

One of the documents that has received some attention in the latest release of UFO files by the British Ministry of Defence (MOD) is a long letter written in 1994 by Ralph Noyes, who headed Defense Secretariat 8 (DS8) in the early seventies...

The UK Ministry of Defence began a campaign in 2008 to release all of their UFO files, a process which supposedly had come to an end in June, 2013. However, in a response to a letter inquiring about specific UFO files, the MOD says it is treating the letter as a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, and as such has found the documents in question and will be releasing them.

Beginning in May of 2008, in an effort to stem large amounts of requests, the UK government decided to proactively release their UFO files in several batches. Finally, five years later, they have released the final batch of files.

One of the most highly regarded UFO sightings in recent history was witnessed by the crew and passengers of two separate planes above the Channel Islands, in the English Channel, on April 23, 2007.

Mellon is a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence. He served during the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations. Mellon is a current the national security affairs advisor for TTSA.
