There are ISPs in some countries that do not resolve to our website correctly. We have been working with those ISPs as we run across them, so people having problems can contact their ISPs or let us know so we can. We have not heard of this issue happening in the US in a very long time. In the meantime, Google has a DNS solution that resolves this issue, and according to Google, can improve users’ browsing speeds. The instructions can be found here: https://developers.
