October 10, 1966 Wanaque N.J. – Multiple Police officers including Sgt. Ben Thompson witnessed a huge flying saucer that flew low over the reservoir, and stirred up waves. The strange craft had a protrusion on one side, and emitted a blinding light that lit up the entire area. The UFO hovered, and moved around erratically at high speeds, making sharp turns and leaving a misty trail in its wake when it moved (case depicted in daytime for clarity). Michael Schratt (military aerospace historian) has lectured across the country on the subject of "Mystery Aircraft", and classified propulsion systems buried deep within the military industrial complex.
