In August of 1976, twin brothers Jim and Jack Weiner, along with their two friends Charles Foltz and Charles Rack, headed to the Allagash in Maine for a canoeing and camping trip. One night they experienced an incredible encounter with a UFO. Years later, after the brothers suffered from horrific nightmares, they underwent regression hypnosis. They were regressed separately and most of them men had startling similar recollections of what occurred during the night of the UFO sighting.

Were they regressed by the same person? Different people at the same facility? Or at separate locations with different professionals?
I met Chuck Rak back in June of 1996 at an “Ambassadors to the Universe” training seminar held by Dr Steven Greer in Crestone, Colorado. It was during that time that Chuck told me that although the events that happen to him, the Weiner twins (Jim and Jack) and Charles folltz were real, he now believes as he did back then that there was a military involvement in this UFO/ET encounter. Because all of the men were hypnotically regressed to recall their stories by Raymond fowler who has a heavy Christian bias to this alien encounter, Chuck feels that the alledged abduction may have been a military ruse!
The next morning after the UFO/ET encounter, a mysterious “Park Ranger” gentleman showed up and a black and white photograph was taken of himself with the artist/fishing buddies at that time.
There was even a second “colour” photo taken of the Weiner brothers (jim and Jack), Charles and Chuck but, without the Park Ranger stranger (sorry about the play on words) who was not really dressed much like a park ranger but that is how he introduced himself (he appears to be more of a lab coat type).
A most unusal curious feature of the second colour photo image is that no one had even “moved” or readjusted themselves in the slightest which is to be expected in double of multiple photo takes! You could easily overlap the two photos and they appear as exact copies of each other with the exception that one photo is B&W and the other is in colour!
Question: who is this Park Ranger which no one among the Allagash Four can even remember his name? Who took the photos or was it a precurser “selfie” using time delay on a reflex camera? It is highly unusual to find four men who are all artistically gifted, who are fishing buddies and who all shared the same out of this world experience together!
This case deserves to be investigated further as I believe that not all the answers have been currently revealed!
