The incident mentioned in Huneeus' article is nearly identical to one that occurred at Minot AFB, North Dakota, in the mid-1960s. According to a former Minuteman missile launch officer, David H. Schuur, most of his 10 missiles were temporarily activated--and were preparing to launch--just as his security police guards were reporting a UFO rapidly moving from missile to missile.
