(lights much larger than an airplane light). 7 lights to left and 4 then 3 or 4more from left to right all at once, hovering. Judging by the clouds & distance it was incredibly large. They were spread out but looked as it it were to one craft? People on highway 10 seem to keep driving. Near Eglin air force base.
