Crowd sourced satellite project seeks UFO disclosure

A group of techies has started an Indiegogo crowd sourcing campaign to fund a fleet of tiny satellites to search for UFOs in orbit.

The campaign is called “CubeSat for Disclosure – Low-Earth Orbit Satellite” and is utilizing off-the-shelf technology to develop a relatively cheap observation platform in space.

There are several companies that offer equipment for what are called CubeSats, also referred to as nanosatellites. These are small  satellites that offer an affordable way for students, researchers, and private companies to have their own little satellite. The cubes measure 10x10x10 centimeters.

The UFO CubeSat team is planning on purchasing a readymade cube from Pumpkin Incorporated that is called a CubeSat kit. The kit comes with the cube, an onboard computer and a way to program the cube. The user can then add more instruments.

CubeSat for Disclosure plans to add cameras, a way to communicate and download information from the satellite from the ground, and a scintillation counter. The Indiegogo site says the scintillation counter “enables us to measure the various radiation in our satellites (sic) environment.  This is significant as it enables us to detect high energy particles, radiation, and other phenomenon.”

They hope to also install radar if possible.

They will use two cameras with parabolic lenses in order to get a 360 degree view around the satellite.

Their main goals is to hopefully capture verifiable data and images of UFOs. They feel the topic has been ridiculed, but that it is worthy of “rigorous scientific study.”

Two examples they give as to why UFOs should be taken seriously is that “countries are beginning to release highly classified documents proving their governments interest in aliens and UFO’s (sic),” and that “hundreds of highly credible witnesses have come forward with testimony that at least some UFO’s are verifiable alien technology.”

They provide a few links as references to back up their claims.

They write: “What our project aims to do, is to use a low orbit satellite, controlled by us individuals, to study potential objects that emit high energy radiation.”

Of course they may capture more than just UFOs.

They write: “Maybe we’ll get data readings and pictures of solar-flare caused auroras.  Maybe we’ll capture images of some very interesting meteors.  And maybe we’ll actually capture a verifiable craft.  All we can do is try, and by doing this our way, we can open-source the data to you, the individuals.”

It is a great idea, and watching a live feed from your own CubeSat in space would be really cool. Donations begin at $50, at which level you will get a T-Shirt. However, the highest level, $10,000, will get you your very own UFO hunting CubeSat to control.

They are also planning a meet and great with UFO researchers.

Go check out their Indiegog page and see what you think. It is a novel idea for a CubeSat, and with any luck the group will get funded and one of these little guys will get buzzed by an alien spacecraft.

  1. keep me informed on the satellite possibility — we are way not alone,, I think there are many many
other intelligent life forms in the universe .. they are here !
I just don’t understand why our govt will not tell or share with us the info

  2. keep me informed on satellite

  3. “…Their main goals is to hopefully capture verifiable data and images of UFOs. They feel the topic has been ridiculed, but that it is worthy of “rigorous scientific study.”…”

The first step is to avoid defensiveness and not care that the topic has “been ridiculed.” Only the lowest scum of humanity ridicules UFOs, and who cares about scum?

I will donate cash to this project when it gets going.

  4. We are getting there, so far we have enough for a launch, now we just need the cam and detectors!

  5. Dave Cote, the software engineer, contracts for **Google**. The last thing we need is the Zion-Jew-Controlled weapon named google to have its tentacles in this. Not so “independent” as they make it seem. 10cmx10cmx10cm cube??? No Thanks.

  6. To Liz,
Without Jews, we likely would still be walking on all fours. Are you scared the evil Zion-Jews will force the aliens to try potato latkes? Or perhaps they will convince the aliens to get a good education and marry a nice a Jewish girl?
Why is every bloody post online tied to some Jewish conspiracy bs?
